1. National Economic Fund (NEF):

Application Process:

1. Eligibility Check:

      • Ensure that you meet the eligibility criteria set by the St. Lucia Citizenship by Investment Unit (CIU). This may include having a clean criminal record, good health, and the financial means to make the required investment.

2. Engage an Authorized Agent:

    • Applicants must engage the services of a government-approved authorized agent who will assist them throughout the application process.

3. Submission of Application:

    • The authorized agent submits the completed application and supporting documents to the St. Lucia Citizenship by Investment Unit (CIU) for review.

4. Due Diligence Check:

    • The CIU conducts thorough due diligence checks on the applicant and any dependents included in the application.

5. Investment:

    • Upon successful due diligence checks, the applicant makes the required investment according to their chosen option (NEF contribution, real estate investment, enterprise investment, or government bonds investment).

6. Oath of Allegiance:

    • Applicants and their dependents (if applicable) take the Oath of Allegiance in St. Lucia or at a St. Lucian consulate or embassy abroad.

7. Citizenship Certificate:

      • After fulfilling all requirements, including the investment and oath-taking, the CIU issues a certificate of naturalization as a citizen of St. Lucia.
