Application Process:

1. Pre-Approval Process:

2. Submission of Application:

    • The authorized agent submits the completed application and supporting documents to the Citizenship by Investment Unit (CIU) for review.

3. Due Diligence Check:

    • The CIU conducts thorough background checks and due diligence on the applicant and any dependents included in the application.

4. Investment:

    • Upon successful due diligence checks, the applicant makes the required investment according to their chosen option (NDF contribution, real estate investment, or business investment).

5. Oath of Allegiance:

    • Applicants and their dependents (if applicable) take the Oath of Allegiance either in Antigua and Barbuda or at an Antigua and Barbuda consulate or embassy abroad.

6. Citizenship Certificate:

    • After fulfilling all requirements, including the investment and oath-taking, the CIU issues a certificate of registration as a citizen of Antigua and Barbuda.
